As a community partner of the United Way, we would like to share a heartfelt story about a longtime United Way employee who is near and dear to so many people.
Elizabeth “Betty” Eberhardt, has been featured in the December issue of the Long Island Press in anticipation of her retirement in 2020. The article honors her storied history with United Way of Long Island – including her accomplished 45 year tenure – as well as her commitment and dedication to the people of Long Island. Betty is truly a beloved member of the United Way family, as well as our extended family of community partners.
